These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SS Nutri Care website and client portal (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of the Service
SS Nutri Care provides diet and fitness coaching, plan creation, progress tracking, and related guidance through certified coaches. The Service is intended to support general health and fitness goals and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical attention if needed.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to coaching plans requires an active subscription, as described on our Pricing page.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected duration and are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future billing cycles, with notice provided in advance.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
5. Coach-Client Relationship
Coaches assigned through the Service provide guidance based on the information you provide. The accuracy and completeness of your health information directly affects the quality of guidance you receive — please keep your profile, medical conditions, and allergies up to date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Share your account access with others or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload content that is abusive, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
7. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of photos, messages, and other content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of delivering your coaching plan.
8. Intellectual Property
All diet plans, fitness plans, meal libraries, branding, and platform content created or provided through the Service remain the property of SS Nutri Care or its licensors, and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Nutri Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes related to diet or exercise recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
