SS Nutri Care ("we", "us", or "our") provides diet and fitness coaching services through our website and client portal (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Photos: meal photos, workout photos, and before/after progress photos you upload, where applicable.
- Communications: messages exchanged with your coach, support tickets, and contact form submissions.
- Payment information: subscription and billing details, processed via our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you use the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and deliver personalised diet and fitness plans.
- Allow your assigned coach to review your progress and communicate with you.
- Generate progress reports, PDFs, and reminders related to your plan.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and improve the Service.
- Send service-related notifications (plan updates, appointment reminders, subscription status).
3. Sensitive Health Data
We treat health and fitness data you provide as sensitive information. This data is used solely to deliver your coaching plan and is only accessible to your assigned coach(es) and authorised administrators who need it to provide the Service. We do not sell health data to third parties.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Your coach(es): assigned diet and fitness coaches who need access to deliver your plan.
- Service providers: hosting, payment processing, and communication providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update most of your profile information directly within your client portal.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure session handling and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies to keep you logged in to your portal and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
