All payments made for listings (including agent profiles, property postings, or promotional upgrades) are non-refundable once the listing is published on the website.
2. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue or transaction error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
3. Failed Listings
If your paid listing fails to appear on our website due to a system error or technical glitch, and it cannot be resolved within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests for listings or services must be made within 12 hours of payment and before the listing is published. If the listing is already live, we cannot process a refund.
5. Subscription Services (if applicable)
For any recurring or subscription-based services:
- Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future charges.
